Regular deadline: February 17, 2020
Late deadline: march 31, 2020
* Early birds are the first to be considered for the program, meaning early admission candidates are given priority to admission and financial aid.
* Regular deadline is rolling admission, which means we fill in the spots as we receive applications. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, because spots fill up very fast!
*Late deadline is rolling admission to fill only spots of students who are unable to make the program.
* We offer need-based financial aid to few selected students who cannot afford the full program fee. If you'd like to be considered for financial aid, please apply in the application.

interview with hviet staff
If you pass our initial application screening, you will be selected to do a 30-minute Skype interview with one or two HVIET staff. The interview is designed to get to know you better as a person, so stay positive and don't be nervous!

admission result
announced
For round 1 applicants, the final result will be announced in early February. For round 2 applicants, the final result will be announced in early to mid-April. The timeline might change depending on the volume of applications. Contact us if you have any questions about your application.
